Own the relationship, start to finish

We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to own client relationships from first conversation through signed agreement and beyond. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, drive new business, and help clients get real value out of Mercova's platforms.

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territory — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build and manage relationships with existing clients across Mercova's platform portfolio
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using Mercova's internal tools
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Partner with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Represent the Mercova AI brand and value proposition in every client interaction

Who fits this role

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (SaaS a plus)
• Experience selling software or AI products preferred
• Strong communicator and negotiator who builds trust quickly
• Comfortable owning a pipeline and working against targets
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Bonus: experience selling to SMB clients
